(Crossposted to the Uldaman forums)  Two Percent is looking for some new blood to help augment our raiding ranks.
I'm sure you've seen many different guilds posting the same thing. Most of them are looking for stats, lots of raiding experience, "skills" or the like.
We're different. We're mainly looking for people who are interested in raiding and who are a good fit for our guild.
Two Percent is a casual guild populated with adults. We are social, fun, (mostly) drama free, and more than a little weird. We have many members who don't raid at all. Our guild and its health always comes first.
While we are casual in that we don't require or demand raiding attendance or, really, attendance of any kind, we take our raiding very seriously while it is occurring.
Unlike most guilds, we prefer 10 man raiding to 25, although we do run full size raids too. Our current raiding nights are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, generally from 7 to 10 server time (usually much later on Fridays). We tend to run two Naxx groups weekly.
We are not monstrously progression oriented. We have killed Sartharion and are presently working on him with drakes up. We have cleared downstairs Naxx and are currently working on Sapphiron.
We are currently looking for healers of any kind, shadowpriests, a few non-DK skilled melee DPS (rogue, warrior, enh shaman), and, whenever we can get them, tanks.
Beyond raiders, we are always looking for good, interesting, fun people who are a fit for our guild, even if you don't like to raid.

Last night, Two Percent went inside the Obsidian Sanctum for our first meeting with the big black dragon and his 'posse'. After downing his three minions, we proceeded to learn the wonders of getting the hell out of the lava waves, and downed him!
